Movies that I've seen in 2008, in theaters:
National Treasure: Book of Secrets -- a decent and pretty fun action movie. I like Nic Cage.
Dan in Real Life -- I really enjoyed this movie.
Jumper -- cool premise, but the movie was pretty awful. The Indiana Jones preview was worth the $6.50.
21 -- concept is obviously great, but the movie was a little bit too long.
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull -- Harrison Ford is still awesome, but the movie overall wasn't as good as I hoped. Last Crusade was a better way for Indy to go out. Frank Darabont's unused script was far superior. After a few weeks of thinking about it, I just wish they'd never made this movie, along with the Star Wars prequels.
WALL-E -- one of the best movies I've seen in years. Funny, sad, sweet, all at once. Should be a Best Picture nominee.
You Don't Mess with the Zohan -- very, very funny. Lots of subtle humor -- pay attention!
Kung Fu Panda -- animals doing kung-fu is obviously cute, but the movie itself wasn't that great.
Sex and the City -- it was exactly what I expected it would be. A good enough way to end the show.
Quantum of Solace -- disappointing. The plot was very disjointed, and the dialogue was difficult to understand.
